These include exploring ones identity (gender, sexuality, values, beliefs), forming friendships, navigating social dynamics, peer pressure, social media, academics, entering the workforce, and establishing independent lives. I can help you navigate this.

Learning Disabilities & Neurodivergence
People who are neurodivergent (Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, etc) face their own unique challenges which may include academics, navigating social situations, employment barriers, and challenges with their daily functioning. I can help tailor interventions to support in areas such as executive functioning, social skills, and academics. If you have an Individualized Education Program (IEP), I can also help you navigate the school system.​
